Consumer Benefit Program: “Mask on Scoobee contest” (hereinafter referred to as ‘Program’) is conducted by “Kitex Limited” (hereinafter referred to as ‘Organiser’)

Before participating in this Program, please read the terms and conditions given herein.

Program Period: The Program shall run for the period commencing from 7th April 2022 at 12:00 hours and concluding on 19th May 2022 at 24:00 hours, (hereinafter referred to as ‘Term’).

Any entry for the Program after 19th May 2022 at 24:00 hours shall not be entertained and summarily be rejected. This Program is only valid in the state of Kerala.

Eligibility: (i) Participant(s) must be a citizen of India; residing in India. Residents of other countries and non- Indian citizens are not eligible to participate. (ii) The Employees, agents, associates and promoters of Kitex Limited and all others directly associated with organizing are not eligible to participate. (iii ) Participants should follow the official page of Kitex Limited on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/kitexofficial)

The prizes* will be :

**Second Prize : For 5 selected participants – . Fit bit Smart watch (FB507BKBK Versa 2 )

Third prize : Disney + Hotstar subscription for 10 Selected Participants worth Rs.899

*First prize will be given to a single person (Participant) selected by the organiser

**Second prize will be given to 5 participants selected by the organiser

A) the criteria for valid entry are as follows:

STEP 1: Take a screenshot from the video when the Mask comes at exact position on Scoobee’s face. Make sure to share the screenshot on next step with the exact image. ( Entry will be eligible only if the image is clear and mask is placed correctly )

STEP 2: Send ( WhatsApp ) the screenshot to 7994411121 along with full name and gmail id

Fill the details in the box given in website ( www.kitexlifestyle.com ) at step 2 and attach the screenshot

Participant(s) recognized as a winner(s) shall not be eligible for any of the subsequent prizes during the Term of the entire Program.

B) A Participant can submit only one entry during the Term of the program.

C) Entries may be submitted only according to the procedure described in these terms and conditions. Entry submitted through any other mode/platform shall not be entertained and be summarily rejected. The decision of organisers shall be final, binding.

The tentative dates and timings for declaration of prize winner(s) are as per below schedule:

On or before 25th May 2022 on Facebook page.

Entries must inter alia comply with the following guidelines:

a. All Entries submitted must comply with these Terms & Conditions and terms of use of Instagram, Facebook as well as the decisions of organisers, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program.

b. Cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging or slanderous remarks about Kitex Limited, its customers or its products, or other people, products or companies;

c. Cannot depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any law.

d. By submitting an Entry the Participant warrants and represents that it: (i) is the Participant’s original work, (ii) and that publication of the entry via various media including Web posting, will not infringe any third party rights. The Participant will indemnify and hold harmless, Kitex Limited and the Promotion Parties from any claims to the contrary.

e. By entering, the Participant acknowledges that Kitex Limited has no obligation to use or post any Entry submitted by the Participant

Kitex Limited will contact the selected/shortlisted winners via direct messages on the respective social media platforms through which they participated, for a valid email id and mobile number of the said Winners. The Prize Winner for the Program will be notified by Kitex Limited at the e-mail id as provided by them or by any other medium. Kitex Limited or its representatives will use their best efforts to contact the prize winner(s). The name of the prize winner(s) will be announced on the official Facebook/Instagram page of Kitex Limited. The pictures of the winners will be reposted on the official page in Facebook and Instagram for announcement of the winners. Kitex Limited shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever in regard to Program and/or for non-receipt of any communication due to network failure, network congestion, network unavailability or any other technical issue or event/incidence not within the control of Kitex Limited/Promoter.

In case the prize winner for a Program cannot be contacted even after 96 hours of attempted private direct message intimation, the selected prize winner will stand disqualified and the next eligible prize winner for the Program will be selected by the Kitex Limited as per the selection criteria. If the original Prize Winner for a Program is disqualified for this or for any other reason, such as being found ineligible or indulging in fraudulent practices or failing to comply with all these terms and conditions, then the next eligible Participant, chosen by Kitex Limited/ Promoter will be declared winner and will be entitled to the prize instead.

The prize(s) will be awarded to the prize winner(s) after due verification and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. The prize winner(s) shall, prior to collection of the prize, be required to submit to Kitex Limited any of the following valid ID proof stated below a) Driving License b) Aadhaar

The participant agrees to submit an affidavit in the prescribed format as to satisfying all the terms and conditions, tender evidence, if so required by Kitex Limited. For valid ID proof as well as residence proof, any two of the following may be submitted: a) Passport, b) Voter ID c) Driving License d) UID/Aadhar Card Kitex Limited reserves its right to waive/relax any of the above documentation requirements as it may deem fit.

The prize(s) are non- transferable and non-negotiable.

The Participants understand that the prizes are on "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, merchantability, durability, suitability for any particular purpose, performances and/or non-infringement of any applicable laws.

Chosen Pictures shall be decided by Kitex Limited which shall be binding and non-contestable.

Entries submitted by the Participants which do not comply with these terms and conditions will be rejected. Kitex Limited reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify and delete any such entry at any time.

Mere participation in the Program or submitting the Comment(s)/ Pictures does not entitle the participant to the prize(s) unless all other terms and conditions are fully met. Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions hereof or any fraudulent conduct shall disentitle the participant.

By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to hold harmless Kitex Limited. and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Program, the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the prize, including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.

Kitex Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Program and to alter or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. An updated version of the terms and conditions will be available on the website ( www.annagroup.net/scoobeedaycontest/ )

The Program is not available (void) where prohibited by any law. All relevant national and local laws apply. All disputes to be settled within the jurisdiction of the Courts in Cochin only.

By participating in the Program, each participant specifically accepts as follows (a) that he/she has fully read and understood all the terms and conditions and be unconditionally bound by them b) that he/she satisfies the eligibility requirements under these rules c) that he/she unconditionally accepts the winner so selected d) that he/she shall honour all decisions of Kitex Limited with regard to the Program and its interpretation and not challenge them (e) to comply with all Central, State, Local Laws and Regulations.
